2. THINGS NOT TO BRING (a) Since the purpose of the camp is to cut-off from regular activities and explore new things, it is best that mobile phones, MP3 Players, iPADs, iPODs, playing cards and other games/gaming/electronic equipment are avoided. There will be better things to do. (b) Children will be in safe environments. Hence there will be no need for constant communication through mobile phones. Parents can call the ashram phone if at all necessary. (c) Children will be served healthy food, snack and beverages 5 times a day. Hence, parents are requested not to pack food-items in their bags. (d) Food items carried by children causes the dormitories to get very dirty. In case parents feel the need to pack some snacks, they are requested to hand them over to the ashram so that they can be stored carefully and shared with all. (e) Please avoid any valuable items like jewellery, etc. Children will be responsible for the safety of their belongings. Please avoid anything that is not absolutely necessary. 3. SOME OTHER THINGS (a) It is expected that participants are decently dressed at all times. (b) It is expected that they are friendly and kind to fellow participants exhibiting good behaviour and manners towards acharyas and everyone else. (c) It is expected that they follow the timings and schedule of the camp and participate in all activities whole-heartedly. (d) It is encouraged that children spend maximum time here without breaks to benefit from the camp. They are usually not allowed to leave the ashram for the duration of the camp without prior permission. (e) It is expected that participants remain disciplined and do not engage in any activity which is not in keeping with the ashram atmosphere and the spirit of the camp. (f) In case participants are seen to be behaving out-of-line, they will be promptly expelled from the camp after the parents have been intimated.
